MedicServe makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind for any use with regard to the third party software or hardware. The software is sold and licensed to the user on an "AS IS" basis. It is advisable that all data be backed up onto secure media and stored in a safe place to avoid the risk of data loss. This disclaimer of liability for damages will not be affected if any remedy provided herein shall fail of its essential purpose.

Disclaimer
